Established in 2020, Martha On The Fly delivers honest food with nostalgic flair. Inspired by his grandmas’ home cooking, chef and co-owner, Ryan Beck, started Martha On the Fly with the intention of serving delicious and affordable high-quality fare paired with heartfelt hospitality on the go.
